In every aspect, Po-Zu considers the environmental impact and rises to the occasion. The slippers are based on the ingenious 60% coconut husk and 40% natural latex rubber foot mattress that gradually moulds to the shape of your foot. It is incredible how cushy this bootie feels, literally a mattress for your feet. Encompassing the footbed, the upper is made from reclaimed sheep hides and sole is made from natural latex rubber. You'll receive your slippers in a coir, coconut husk/vegetable rubber, shoe box. When you've finished with your box, place some dirt and flower seeds in the box, bury it, add water and watch what happens. Kudos to Po-Zu for being our first vendor who has addressed being eco from product to packaging!

:: Coir: Packaging and foot mattresses are made from coir in different densities. Coir is a mixture of 60% coconut fiber and 40% natural latex. It is highly breathable and gradually molds to the shape of the foot.
:: 100% Natural Latex Rubber Sole: Used in both mattress and sole. Pure vegetable rubber made from the silky sap of the Lectae Hevea tree. The milk is cured/coagulated naturally following a process similar to cheese making.
:: Wool: Pure 100% un-bleached and un-dyed natural fleece. The grey is a mix of white, brown and black sheep's wool. Tweed is traditionally Scottish woven.
