Playful and full of texture, this dress has a multiple styling options. Inside at each "plume" there is a set of ties that allows you increase or decrease the plume at the hips. The fabric is a textured, lightweight hemp silk, so if you are in a colder climate you'll want to layer this piece; looks fantastic layered under one of Prairie's cloak hoodies.
